AVA Failsafe Modulating Electric Actuators

Modulating actuators will typically close if the control signal is lost, but stay put if external power is lost. In this AVA smart actuator, either an internal capacitor in the Model 20, or rechargeable Li-Ion batteries in the Models 60 and 110, store energy to drive the AVA actuator to its pre-set failsafe position on loss of external power, thereby achieving failsafe modulating functionality.
