AVA Smart On-Off

The standard function of the UK brand AVA electric actuator is power open, power close actuator, or often referred to as on-off. It requires a minimum of 3 wires to operate, a common/ neutral, and a switchable hot/ live, typically using an SPDT switch or relay. Power remains energised at all times and the bright OLED screen provides status feedback to the user. Power must not be de-energised when the end of travel confirmation relay switch is made as this will stop the motor before full open or fully closed positions have been reached.

A smart AVA on-off actuator will stay put in the event of loss of external power.
