What are the delivery terms?
The standard delivery terms are ex works. These can be varied as follows:
UK & Northern Ireland
Next working day door to door parcel and pallet delivery service is available at extra cost. 2-3 Day pallet service available at extra cost. Same day delivery available at extra cost.
Europe
Road service door to door delivery service is available at extra cost. Standard service is typically 2-3 working days. Faster delivery service options are available at extra cost.
USA
Air freight door to door services available at extra cost typically using UPS.
Rest of the World
We do not typically offer door to door service to countries not listed above.
How will my order be delivered?
The standard delivery method is by international carriers. All shipments can be tracked online and will require to be signed for on receipt. Damages on receipt are to be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of receipt, and receipt signed for as ‘Received Damaged’:
